empiricalsec/epss_scores
archive. Defaults to the last EPSS v3 day vs the latest — spanning
the 2025-03-17 v4 re-scoring. Comparison is aggregate-only
(distribution / mean / decile shifts and top-100 churn), not per-CVE.
